This was the perfect place for a weekend cabin in the woods getaway. It was peaceful, private, and quiet. The hot tub was wonderful and relaxing. Everything was clean and tidy, and everything we needed was conveniently there for us. We were able to go hiking in the Allegheny National Forest which was not far from this cabin. We had a lovely time and would recommend this place to anyone looking for tranquility.

My family had a great stay at Brandee and Wayne’s cabin! Everything was clean and cozy which was exactly what we are looking for and the hosts were very proactive and kind.

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy cabin in the woods. We enjoyed cooking meals in the well appointed kitchen and soaking in the hot tub. The beds were comfortable and everything we needed was provided. Very nice place to stay, play games,watch movies, and enjoy the outside.

Lovely cabin nestled away in the woods. Very well laid out. Very clean. All the amenities you could ask for. The hot tub was very warm in middle of winter, and is only a few steps away from the bedroom. The hosts are very responsive to messages and go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied and enjoying your stay. Thank you for a great, relaxing getaway!

We have been visiting the Cook Forest area for many years and this was the first time that we stayed in the Clear Creek area at this wonderful camp. It was a great experience, the cabin is beautiful with all of the comforts of home. Having two full baths was perfect, the kitchen has every appliance that you need for breakfast or dinner. The beds are super comfortable. The addition of the hot tub was a great bonus after a long day on the river or hiking, we did some epic fishing on the Clarion catching some very nice smallies! The location of the cabin is private and off the road, so it was quiet and peaceful. The game room is a fun time for all ages. Thank you for sharing this beautiful camp with us!

Beautiful home and amazing hosts! The cabin was amazing and everything was so carefully thought out! It felt so personal and made our trip even better. It was clean, spacious and had everything you would need for a weekend getaway! Wayne and Brandee were so kind and accommodating as well, can’t say enough how great this place was! Would love to visit again

The place was as beautiful as the pictures showed, and any time I had a question or needed to reach out, I received a very quick and detailed response. Even at 11:30 PM, when I reached out to inform them of something in the cabin, I received a timely response.
It snowed very heavy the last 2 days of the trip. Having a concrete parking area was very nice as well, allowing us to have an easier time and not worry about being snowed in. We were able to get the cars out easily despite the snow.
I highly recommend for anyone looking to relax, or just getting away from the hustle and bustle of a city!

Wayne and Brandee’s home is just as described! Beautiful home, tons of amenities, ample parking for large groups, clear instructions for checkin/checkout, and super responsive hosts. My group visited their home for the second year in a row for hunting season, and had a great stay again. The hot tub is a great touch after a long day hunting when the temps are in the 20s!
They have anything you could need readily available in their home; dishes, toiletries, washer/dryer, and a book of local recommendations! Would recommend their homes to anyone for a visit, and my group already rebooked for next year!

Brandee and Wayne provided an unforgettable stay during our hunting trip. Their cabin was the perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and thoughtful design—everything you want to come back to after a long day in the woods. The place was beautifully maintained, fully stocked with every amenity imaginable, and clearly cared for with real pride.
What really stood out was the level of hospitality. Brandee and Wayne were incredibly responsive, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making sure our trip went smoothly. Their attention to detail—from the cozy setup to the practical touches throughout—made the entire experience effortless and relaxing. You can tell they’ve put their hearts into creating a space that feels both high-quality and homey.
This cabin wasn’t just a stay; it was a huge part of what made our trip so enjoyable. You won’t find better hosts or a better cabin and we look forward to coming back next year.

Thank you again for another chapter in our memory book at Northwoods Cottage! We always feel home here and just love being up here in Sigel, Clear Creek - Cooks Forest! We got to relax enjoy the good times with family and friends and enjoying the love of hunting!
